PRICING

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.  Purchases made online and sent to an address in New Zealand are GST-free. Prices can be subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced or described or unavailable on the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order placed for the purchase. In the event that the order has been paid for, a full refund will be issued. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Product descriptions, photos and sizes on this website are presented as accurately as possible.  Please be advised that colours and sizes may slightly vary.

SHIPPING

Australian Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for standard packages and $20 for decks & large items.

 Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 for standard packages and $25 for Decks and larger items.

Shipping to NZ will be charged at a flat rate of $20.  Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $70.

Orders will generally be dispatched within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.  Estimated delivery times are from 5 -10 business  days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for express. Time frames may vary and we will not be held accountable for unforeseen delays in the postal service. The majority of items that are shipped are traceable, you will be notified via email when your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct details are entered  checkout. CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

Please ensure Christmas orders are placed by the recommended cut-off date to allow for pre-Christmas delivery. Although we endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 24hrs we cannot guarantee delivery times during Peak Season. You will be sent a link to track your parcel through Australia Post once dispatched.

PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS

• Promotional offers are valid until midnight AEST on the date specified & while stocks last. Promotions can be subject to change without prior notice. 

• In general discount items can not be exchanged or refunded although may be approved under certain circumstances. Please reach out to us to discuss your options.

• Gift cards are valid for a 12month period and are not redeemable for cash.
