Refunds & Returns

EXCHANGE - If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item/s we will exchange the item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item you want is currently out of stock a store credit will be issued. Before returning item please contact returns@kingswoodskateboards.com.au with details of item returning and item you wish to exchange it for. Items will not be accepted unless return number has been issued first. The item must be in an unused condition with all tags and labels attached, along with proof of purchase.  

*All postage costs to return the item/s will be at your expense.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS - If you receive goods that you believe are damaged or have a manufacturing fault please contact returns@kingswoodskateboards.com.au with details of fault. Please ensure that item is inspected as soon as received and notify our returns department in a reasonable time frame. If the product is deemed to be a manufacturing fault the item can either be exchanged or a full refund will be given. 
NOTE: As with all extreme sports, skateboarding equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation in the sport. Such damage to equipment is NOT covered under warranty. No claim is guaranteed and the final decision  is at the discretion of the manufacturer of that product.

Kingswood Skateboards will not cover damage caused by:

• Exposure to excessive heat.
• Creasing of the Deck or the Slick
• Water absorption
• Accidental or forceful damage to the board or components
• Dents or depressions from the rider or foreign objects
